Rocket League: Hot Wheels Triple Threat Review (John Hadley)
I bought this for the 4WD car, but I'm disappointed with it. I am tired of being unable to customize my DLC cars the way I want. This one isn't as bad as the Back to the Future car or the Jurassic Park car but the paint job customization leaves a lot to be desired. Only one paint scheme that comes with the car gives me normal control over both of the paint colors and paint textures of my car and that paint job leaves large parts of the car yellow which I don't like. All the rest force your paint color and/or texture. Two of them don';t give you any choices of either color or texture. Also, I can't control the sound of the engine like on other cars and I don't particularly like the sound of the 4WD car. Probably this will be the last themed DLC pack I ever buy for Rocket League Enough is enough. I want to be able to fully customize my car. If DLC cars don't offer that then I'm not buying any more.
