The creature toppers are very cool. If you are considering buying this DLC, you will get a snake, gorilla, and spider topper. They are all animated and look great, but that's really all I like about this DLC. The description of this DLC is very vague. It doesn't even tell you how many toppers you get, or what wheels are included. I assumed that the "wheels for each vehicle" (as mentioned in the description) would include the new Hot Hot Wheels, which look awesome because the Hot Wheels logo is on fire. Unfortunately, these were not included and none of the themed wheels are very cool. Additionally, they are VERY restrictive on how much you can customize the colors and paint finishes of the cars. All of the included decals (besides the most basic one) lock you into a specific primary color, don't have a secondary color option, and don't allow you to customize your paint finish. Lastly, as with all DLC, the items you get are untradable. The Rocket Pass is a much better value and grants fully customizable AND tradable items.
TLDR: Rocket Pass is better unless you wanna pay $2 each for the creature toppers
