The pros:
The game has great artwork and good narration
The story is decent albeit a bit on the simple side
Combat is fun and rewarding, each boss encourages you to adapt your strategy
The devs are ACTIVE working on this game and listen to community feedback.
The cons:
I feel the base building is a bit on the bland side. Building placement felt clunky - especially stairs.
Given how party building works, you are encouraged to level up 1-2 guilds fully before building up other guilds. This made the game feel a bit stagnant until I was able to level up more guilds fully.
The pacing has felt a bit off in the game. Early on missions feel too short but then get a bit too long in the mid-late game.
All in all this is a good game. I feel its reception would have been much more positive if they would have delayed their release by another couple months or have done an early access launch.
