Your Turn to Die: Death Game by Majority Review (Chiso)

I love this game a lot. Writing-wise it's my favorite game ever.
Especially chapter 2 changed my life. I have new writing standards that I expect from video games I consume now thanks to this game, which it's a curse and a blessing at the same time.
Each character is written with care and love, even the ones that die early (won't say which ones ofc). Often in games like these, characters are just a trope they follow and nothing more. In yttd, the characters have nuance and depth. The dialogue is easy to follow and doesn't drag. Nothing drags, especially not on your first playthrough.
If you want a well written death game, this is the choice to make. You won't be disappointed. I'm brainrotting about this game since 2019 and I don't see an end to it anytime soon.
My common review ends here and I want to touch on the feedback now, in hopes Nankidai or someone close to it sees it.
SPOILER WARNING FROM HERE ON OUT OK? YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
As stated above, I love the game, and the writing. Great kudos to Nankidai again and much thanks for the one-time experience I got thanks to his creation!
However, writing wise- chapter 3 is the most unsatisfying so far to me, unfortunately. I feel like there's a ton of screentime used for the dummies and the Keiji part- and other more plot relevance things didn't make it into the cut. (especially after seeing deleted scenes that were meant to appear instead). It worries me that all the many open questions that still linger around in the air about the whole death game and the cast can't get answered in only one last part. Especially Sou and Kanna in each route feel forced on the backburner. Sou especially, considering that you defeated Midori, I expected more reaction/screentime relating to him/their relationship. In Kanna's route, there are many parts that felt rushed. The ones that come to mind right now being the sibling reveal by Midori and the Joe-AI installment Ranmaru wanted to do. (Why was it put into the game but no character reacted to that?)
I have hopes and faith in Nankidais great writing that he'll fix these things in the last part, however, when I compare chapter 2 and chapter 3 from the writing and plot development quality, I can't help but feel like there was lots of missed potential and missing character depth. I hope this is all wrong assumptions from my part, and that the last part WILL deliver satisfying conclusions to my nitpicks. However, since this steam-page does ask for feedback, I wanted to give a very honest one, as a big supporter of the game.
I also really hope the last part will go deeper into what's the deal with Sara and also touch upon the obvious foils Sara and Sou are to each other and why they mirror the memorandum couple. (Or maybe even mirror the Miss Red and Mr. Blue from the very beginning)
While I love the whole cast, I can't help but latch on Sara and Sou the most. They're great rivals and would maybe make an even better team, if the game wasn't about setting them up against each other from the very start with the %-rates and showing these rates to Shin in the first trial.
Thank you so much again for introducing me to characters that I love so much like no characters before! And I expect the last part with great anticipation!
