We Were Here Too Review (Darishnoo)

Do you have a friend that thinks they’re a great communicator? Are you that person? Do you want to prove them/yourself right/wrong?
If so then this is the series for you!
The second in a series of short but intensely co-operative puzzle game, we were here too will once again test your patien- I mean, ability to communicate with and understand a friend. Once again, only once you swap roles do you come to realise how hard your partner was trying.
For that added challenge, remember to only use the in game walkie-talkies.

Pros:
As with the first game, puzzles are rooted in co-operation, progression only happens together.
The good atmosphere and interesting premise return and are expanded on.
Still obvious enough that the challenge really is in *how* you communicate, this instalment ramps up the rage inducing attention to detail needed in the various challenges.
Game seems to allow both members to escape this time!
Cons:
Still a bit short, but still sweet.
Puzzles are even more rooted in co-operation, progression only happens together, so don’t try playing this with anyone you want to 100% remain friends with.
Sort of ‘one and done’ you can swap roles but ultimately once it’s solved, it’s solved.

Suggestions:
Even more of the same.
In the armoury section, a way to save one of the items while discarding the other if they’re in the wrong place but get picked up first.
Some way to record the panicked cries of your friend as they stare death in the face due to your incompetence. For later enjoyment, of course.
Overall recommendation:
A well-made sequel that really builds on the first. If you and a friend enjoyed the first or enjoy escape room types of game, then this is a great addition.
