Warhammer: Vermintide 2 - Warrior Priest Career Review (Destinyblade)
This may not be the 'best' career in terms of meta or damage output but I do not care about it. Is it stylish and is it fun? and the answer to that is yes.: Its a melee focused class with heavy hitting weapons like hammers and flails which feel satisfying to use. Warrior Priest ends up filling the role of a support-tank-hordeclearer and I enjoy it. You can make yourself and/or an ally immune to all damage for a period of time, revive allies and help them get their lost health back. Warrior Priest won't be getting the most green circles in general but he'll keep everyone else on their feet.
There's a bunch of fun new voice lines related to this career. I'm really fond of how Saltzpyre's eyes and weapons start glowing when his passive activates.
Could this class be improved in a few ways? yes. I would have liked to have a bit more variety in what weapons he has. I think the activation time for righteous fury needs to be lowered. Its almost never procs on lower difficulties. Its only really useful in chaos wastes in my experience. None of this is major though or took away from my enjoyment .
