Warhammer: Vermintide 2 - Grail Knight Career Review (Biggus Dickus)
This was the first premium career (and first Vermintide 2 DLC in general) I purchased and I never regretted it
Even after the ult nerf Grail Knight still slaps like a charging Stormfiend. This career is peak knight and peak Vermintide to me, so much that I decided to base my whole personality around Markus de Mandelot and devote my life to the Lady of the Lake. Since the moment I got this this career and was officially knighted as a Knight of Bretonnia, my entire gameplay has been an unstoppable onslaught towards waves of filthy ratmen and northlanders. I only stop to pray to the Lady and aid needy peasants
The career itself is super fitting for aggressive players. The Grail Knight manages both horde clearing and dueling with elites and bosses very well. High mobility, high DPS, still tanky with 150 HP (it's called Knight for a reason) - lack of ranged weapons is your only weak spot. But who needs peasant firearms when you have two knightly melees instead? Oh shite a ratling gunner...
Another nice thing is that with this career you get access to two exclusive weapons. They require a certain degree of skill, and can be off-putting at first, but when you learn to use them, you become as unstoppable as Bretonnian cavalry. Most of all, not only they hit hard, they also look very cool (just like myself)
Overall this is one of the few Vermintide 2 DLCs that I can actually recommend. The game itself is very good, but its DLCs are mess, and being on the list of good DLCs already says something
