I never would have purchased this if I had known customization was behind an additional pay wall. I wouldn't even be mad if the DLC was clear and easily navigable. But I used the in game store and didn't expect they'd lock all cosmetics for a paid class behind additional money. I have seen people defend this by saying it pays for future content which I think is a silly point to hide behind. They could add a 99 cent charge to launch the game and you could say that. It's also a 30 dollar game. It isn't like this is free to play. This has turned me off from Dark Tide too which was the reason I decided t play this game. I'll get it used or play it on gamepass but this was the last time I directly give money to this developer. It is nonsense to charge for cosmetics on a class I already bought. Now he will always look the same unless I am willing to pay even more money. I am looking forward to the next big gaming crash honestly.
