Vacation Simulator Review (Milkshakes)

I enjoyed this game more than I thought I would. The game centers around completing very similar tasks in each area, and there are some mini games to spice it up. For whatever reason, I found this satisfying. I played the previous game a long time ago, and IIRC, it's a bit different than the setup of this game. Some of the mini games are quite fun, but the sand castle and ice sculpture games were really quite challenging and I enjoyed completing the Master level puzzles.
The VR controls are excellent and it was intuitive and easy to interact with the world. There are plenty of VR gimmicks and nice small touches, like taking a lid off a bottle to use it.
The humor in the game is silly, but fun. I like the idea of robots trying to figure out how it would be to be a human.
The Back to Job DLC is okay. It has about 30-45 minutes of content before it becomes an endless mode. I'm sure there are unique dialogues and interactions, but I didn't find it interesting enough to continue to find out. The DLC is very stationary, as you are behind a counter. A nice bonus, but didn't add too much to the game.
I got 73% of the achievements in about 11 hours. Is the game worth the price tag? I mean, it's a longer VR experience so probably. But I'd still wait for a sale. If it's on sale, definitely worth it.
