My experience of the game

First off I would to say this game is an amazing game. IMO the best SF I have played and have very fond memories of. I am an old player and coming from Xbox I have put thousands of hours into this game since it has been released. I am new to steam and this game was one of the first games I picked up!

A short story

I have always been a big fan of Sf and fighting games ever since I can remember. Playing games like KOF and SF2 in the arcades with my older brothers. I got into SF4 when I was in university. Had some roommates who would stay up all night playing this. Honestly disturbing my studies and sleep while they were at it. However them playing it appealed to my kid heart like nature. Later I found myself joining in and we would all take turns passing the fight stick around when the other would lose in vs (Best out of Five). I remember watching all the YouTube and online videos on how to get better and all the other top players back in the day like Justin Wong, Alex Valle, and my all time favorite Daigo Umehara A.K.A The Beast!!!! Just to name a few. But I digress and speaking of these things makes me feel old.

On to the review on steam!

Even after many years this game has aged well! I still love to play after a long day at work. Taking my frustration out in a virtual world. On steam it still plays nice although I need to play in window mode due to having a wide screen and playing in fullscreen just doesn't look right being stretched that wide. As for bugs I only had one with Guy, when I combo into his Ultra. When he does his Ninja Dive he doesn't grab them and he slams nothing but air. As for online play base there's still a lot of players online. Just Team mode and tournament mode are dead. Making some achievements like All for one! hard to get. Unless you have 7 others wanting to unlock this at once! Anyways its a great game still in 2023 and if you want to play together you may add me as its nice to play with others.
