Tron: Identity Review (Sorrosyss)

+ Interesting and memorable characters.
+ The storyline is generally pretty decent, and some of my choices certainly left a mark.
+ The visuals look aligned to the style of Legacy and Uprising which I appreciate.
+ The locations we visit are all quite visually pleasing. Loved the digital rain.
+ It's our first formal Tron content in many years, and I for one am thankful for that.
+ I understand the studio is working on further Tron games, so I hope over time we see more than interactive novels.
- The game is very short, and not particularly good value for money at its launch price. (3 hours~)
- The Disk Defrag mini game is awful, tedious and boring. I ended up skipping them every time.
- The music didn't really follow on from the motifs set by Legacy and Uprising. Just felt like random synth tracks to me.
- Given the environments were seemingly 3D, I would have liked to move around in the environment with the main character.
- Was a shame we were restricted to the one building. We have the entire Grid to explore, but never really saw anything of it.
- The codex/lore items being on a second screen each time was a bit jarring and pulls you out of the proceedings.
- Was a little lost on when this is set in the timeline, as I thought it was post Legacy but it seems to refer to Clu as if he is alive.
