Total War: Attila - Slavic Nations Culture Pack Review (Sigmar)

DLC needs more work, so far thumbs down:
- Poison arrows, they add "Damage over Time" effect to whole unit, regardless how many hits were made. Doesn't matter if there was 160 shots or just 10, if one arrow hits any unit, it will get poisoned. Overpowered by itself, it is real nightmare if friendlyfired, and oh boy, they do friendlyfire constantly... I believe poisoned arrows should be reworked, to do damage over time to singular target they hit. Should still be viable, for ability to kill with time high health target without repeating hits. Also, ability to use normal arrows would be nice too.
- Campaign.. Sooner or later you realize that AI plays unfair, spawning Hun stacks, regardless of the events on the map. Doesn't matter if you destroy every horde on sight, they will spawn again very soon. Campaign becomes tedious, and you lose all fun when you realise your victories have zero impact on Huns spawn, only option is to wait untill Atilla spawns himself. It becomes boring, repetative, and frustrating. I hope this will be fixed, for example - if huns suffered heavy losses, their spawn for that area is delayed. Still hardcore, but with more room to breathe.
- Unit diversity is somewhat disapointing. You have tolerable amount of infantry, but absence of any melee cavalry is not compensated enough. From both history and gameplay perspective, i believe slavs could use more sneaky units, with enhanced hiding, to improve their ambushing. Where celts would ambush through guerilla deployment, slavs would organise local tactical ambushes, so different playstyle is preserved. I would love to see new unit branch of unarmored sneaky spearmen with small rectangular shields and javelins, Hell, even just slavic hurlers would be welcomed.
I really hope this game will see more patches, and at least some of slavic issues would be addressed.
