Tiny Garden Review (Lalune)
*Tell me you’re a millennial without actually telling me you are a millennial XD* This is Polly Pocket 2.0!!
I am a little collector of memories. I love reminiscing. And I love games that tap into that.
You get to garden and customize your very own pocket oasis in this game. It opens up just like your old school Polly Pocket to reveal different compartments for you to work with and decorate.
There is a certain puzzle element to the growing of crops and plants as you manipulate the terrain to grow certain seeds. You use your produce as currency in this game to buy more items.
Honestly, my favourite part are the little letters that you receive. When I was young, I used to have penpals from all around the world and I would literally rush home after school to check the mail. I just loved it!!
Hand written letters and Polly Pockets, OH MY!! Today's younger generation will literally never know about these lost treasures but this game kind of gives you a taste of it.
Thank you for unearthing some of these cozy memories. It did bring a smile to my face this morning thinking about it all. This is a cute and relaxing game, while offering an element of challenge with the objectives and currency system.
Happy plotting!!
