The High Caliber Weapon Pack brings satisfying additions to the game (despite using existing ammo types), offering players three new weapons that seamlessly integrate into the existing experience.
The standout among the trio is the Arzyna .300 Magnum Tactical, a reliable choice for both Great One grinds and casual hunters going after big game. Its accuracy over long distances and potent firepower make it a valuable asset. The model is absolutely gorgeously detailed, one of the best in the game.
The beautiful .45-70 Jernberg Superior handgun uses newly buffed ammo, delivering excellent performance at close range but maintains effectiveness at a distance. The option to use rifle scopes adds versatility, proving handy when your load-out can't accommodate a heavier rifle. And it's really excellent on saltwater crocs too. :-)
The Strandberg 10SA Executive 10 gauge shotgun shines as a versatile firearm, excelling in both bird/rabbit hunting and big game scenarios with slugs. Notably, its ability to use a shotgun scope sets it apart from its predecessor 10ga. It is especially excellent as a bird gun since it hits harder than a 12ga, making it a great choice for geese and turkeys (who often fly long distances when shot with 12ga or less rounds). One thing that I particularly like about it is that the gun "feels" (and sounds) like a big, beefy weapon with a lot of "weight."
The included customization skins are a nice touch, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of these new weapons (and others, of course).
The High Caliber Weapon Pack is a worthwhile purchase, providing value for money and introducing useful variety to the game.
