The Star Named Eos Review (Paapurup)
When you gaze at the stars, the stars also gaze at you.From the creators of Behind The Frame, a game centered around painting.. comes The Star Named EOS, a game focused on photography. While the game only takes around 2-4 hours (depending on you solve the puzzles), the story is both touching and bittersweet, The art style looks quite the same with Behind The Frame, and now features voiceovers in English, Japanese (日本語), and Chinese (中文), adding depth to the experience. I play with 日本語 VO and it was a legit deadass.
It took me 3 hours because I got stuck on a puzzle that I didn't fully paid attention to and this doesn't include unlocking all the achievements. However, I really loved the puzzles. Some were easy and some were challenging but not frustating. And you will use the camera to solve certain puzzles. I also appreciated the small details in this game, such as how the background picture changes to match the chapter theme when you return to the main menu. if you're looking for a puzzle game that use camera as core gameplay, I'd recommend to play TOEM.
