The Jackbox Party Pack 10 Review (BONUS DUCKS! [they/them])
Another banger of a pack from Jackbox Games.
Tee-KO 2 is more of the great stuff. It takes the better drawing system of Champ'd Up and puts it in the Tee-KO format. It also adds hoodies and tank tops, new fonts, and an option to edit a first round drawing in the second round.
FixyText is probably the best game in the pack. It's like if Word Spud was good. I don't know how to explain it, frankly, but it's fucking amazing. You'll be crying laughing from the sheer chaos.
Timejinx is trivia with a time gimmick. A decent trivia game worth coming back to, with a nice focus. Not too difficult, so even if you're stupid you can still enjoy it.
Dodo Re Mi is a rhythm game, which somehow works really well. As far as rhythm games go it's kinda meh, but it's unique enough with the party gimmicks to make it a blast, and has a real addictive quality to it.
Hyptonotorious is a social deduction game that's frankly too difficult, and requires four people to play. Good luck finding a large enough group of smart people to play it. I know I can't. The idea is pretty neat, at least.
Overall, 4/5 great games, and even the worst still has a charm to it. A lot better than some of the previous packs. Makes the price increase sting a bit less?
