Tekken 8 Review (Nasreddin Hoca)
Season 2 balance patch is the worst change I have ever seen not just for Tekken 8, but for any fighting game ever. I'm not going to talk long about why, as there are hundreds of people explaining it better than me, but for me, it comes down most to character identity being removed for no reason. Feng b4, his key move, is now unsafe because it randomly has a string extension into stance offense now, just like every other character. Even Dragunov this patch has stance offense. Every character feels the same and bland, combos are extremely easy to do and do 70% damage minimum on every character with a wall and take 30 real life seconds so they are just cutscenes. Its just not fun right now. Not to mention the bugged characters Jack and Paul that are currently the strongest characters in Tekken history due to bugs, and the emergency patch for them is WEEKS away. This is just unacceptable. Just trust me on this one and spend your money on Street Fighter 6 instead.
