Tekken 7 Review (Wont Play DLCS/WIFI/3bars)
Pros : Plenty of players online.
Netcode after season 4 pretty good.
Decent practise mode.
Decent Customization.
Cons : Frame data is a DLC(must pay).
Lack of a tutorial, you basically have do your own research on simple generic moves.
If you want to practise agaisnt DLC characters and some setups in practise mode you have buy the DLC.
No real punishment agaisnt pluggers/rage quitters in online, players will only see the disconnect rate.
Online ranks are stored locally in your pc so you can just copy your file with your best rank and not worry about losing ranks also this can lead to smurfs.
Some moves of some chars do not appear in the move list.
Chars recently released are bugged or simply OP that take ages to fix (looking at you Fahkumram, Leeroy, etc).
Game crashes alot, simple fighting lobbies will crash alot or are just bad implemented.
For some reason in replays the game tells you that a move can be punish but doesnt show you which move is or the input so you have to go to the practise of that character and try to find it.
Verdict : Tekken is a good game but the greedy choices of Bandai Namco makes the game awfull, so basically for a Tekken fan or someone that plays on a casual level go ahead as for someone who is starting out to play fighting games, avoid it, too much stuff to take in and no tools to help out a new player.
