Teardown: Folkrace Review (SNovaK)

Not a popular option but, this DLC is not that bad for me. So many people are saying that Teardown is not good for racing, but WHY would you buy it then? If you have played Teardown and you know that it's not good for racing just don't buy it at the first place.
For me, it has nothing wrong with the controls and physics, Teardown's car physics are good and fun. The only problem is that when you have a sports car, it can hit to the ground. But as most of the times it's a RACING track, it won't hit at all. I hit my car to the ground because of that twice only.
For the content: There are races; one with 3 laps and one that the last racer is exploding after a countdown. There are derbies; you hit other cars to wreck them. And there are normal missions, 5 of them. There are 3 maps for racing, 2 for derbies and the menu map where also do the normal missions.

The races are fun. In the beginning you're slower than all the racers but you have nitro while they don't. But once you are close to the end, you can get the best cars and you are faster than the other cars, someone said you are still slower but no, you are faster. The only thing that I don't like about the races is that when you are very far away from the other cars, they just respawn behind you; so you can't just really make sure you won and that literally sucks and unfair. You can't make a mistake even if you were always going perfect. They also make mistakes, and it's fun.
Derbies are much more fun for me. The nitro just pushes you forward instead of just being nitro. Dodging cars and just crashing them and tossing them around is so much fun.
Normal missions are just normal missions and are no more fun than the normal campaign. You have almost no tools so it's not that much fun but still they're not that hard at all. Furthermore, they're just supposed to be side missions so I didn't really expect much from them. I think they're good.

So basically, It took me 5 hours to finish the DLC, I was playing kinda slow. It's generally fun and it gives you more than the Time Campers DLC, as it already has 5 normal missions, and many races while Time Campers only had 9 missions. Also, this is still Teardown and you can break everything (except that there are more understructible things, only the race tracks though). Some people say it's not like Teardown anymore but I wouldn't really expect destroying the whole map while racing, you still can break things and make shourtcuts with them and it's pretty fun.
It is a fun DLC so play. It's definitely worth its price more than Time Campers, so if you have bought it you should also buy this. If you didn't then I think you can sitill buy this. This is not a bad DLC at all. If you like racing, you should like it, basic. I'd recommend it.
Oh, one more thing: Soundtrack is very dope.
