Super Meat Boy Review (Tyo Kazuki)
Warning, if you have any progress in Super Meat Boy and purchase this DLC afterward, it will corrupt your data. I don't generally leave reviews, but as far as I am aware this problem has never been addressed or acknowledged. It is quite disappointing to spend time dialing in your records and competing with friends only to find that all of your efforts are gone. In theory this DLC sounds fun, but it is worth noting that it is local only. To date there are no options for Remote Play Together or Steam connectivity of any kind. If you are purchasing Super Meat Boy new this content may be worth considering, but if you have any game time invested I can not recommend it until the compatibility issues are resolved. Losing my times destroyed my motivation to play this game, and I want to add to the other reviews stating as such to prevent anybody else from losing their data over a DLC that they may never play. As of now it is probably best to stick with the base game. Unfortunately file corruption on sale is still file corruption...
