Stranded: Alien Dawn - Robots and Guardians Review (TNTFTB)
Okay scenario, but throws off the balance of other scenarios, and doesn't offer a new environment which creates the experience.
Robots and guardians is about progressing the android Hope from zero upto ten intelligence. Intelligence equals sentience, as she becomes more sentient the more human demands she'll get. An interesting progress!
The new researchable robots are also interesting, but it completely throws off the balance of old scenarios. It's best to research those as soon as possible in order to automate things like scavenging and farming, freeing lots of time for actual development.
While the combat is interesting, I prefer more a challenge versus the environment. This isn't really present at the moment, unless the survivors run naked through the snow.
I did a run one year ago, and in January I started a lone survivor run. And now I did a very casual run with the robots. After 475 hours I'm just done with the game. What would be interesting for future scenarios would be a new environment, and a critical look at the technologies available.
