Steelrising: Cagliostro's Secrets Review (Hawke)
The DLC has a somewhat more helpful NPC and the "Collect All Echoes" optional objective is mandatory here (so is the mini-boss), due to the main character having more memory and logic than usual*. However, the DLC does not anyhow influence the main story.
* on the other hand, shouting at the main antagonist to stop, then waiting for him to flee, instead of just shooting him in the head, was not a reasonable action.
The area is just as hard to navigate as in the main game, the regular foes are more irritating, the boss is somewhat original, the weapons look like reskins. I have completed it (missed the hat for the outfit) in about an hour. The performance was on the same level as the main game.
The DLC is safe to skip and it is definitely not worth the full price (<$2 as a part of the Bastille Edition is the only appropriate price point).
