Steel Seed Review (DannySka)
This is definitely a good sci-fi game, which seems to be made with love and care. Dense cyberpunk atmosphere is clearly felt while exploring the world, and it's all good, but... Yeah, unfortunately there's a "but", hiding in gameplay roughnesses and several minor details, which make the whole impression contradictory:
1. The game strongly pushes you to choose stealth walkthrough, 'cause you'll die from a couple of punches in an open fight 'til the very last mission (it's ok, if you're dexterous and patient;).
2. Why not add fast stealthy movement in skills tree then?
3. Why the protagonist can't attach to the whole ledge surface, but only to the "highlighted" elements? It matters, when we have a "sneaky-peeky" based game.
4. Identical skills in different upgrade branches, which cost different amount of points? Seriously?
5. It's a nightmare for perfectionists and trophy hunters, cause there's several unnecessary and somehow even unexplained collectibles, which can't be found at first walkthrough - and those collectibles are strongly connected to the skill tree upgrades, which you need to complete the 100% walkthrough.
However, this is all just my dissatisfied subjective grumbling, and overall the game is worthy of your attention!
