Spore: Creepy & Cute Parts Pack Review (Player26)
If you cannot access your CD keys used to activate the game on the EA platform ( Origin ) via the Steam Library, you should contact EA Help instead of Steam Support.
My suggested steps:
1. Go to https://help.ea.com/ .
2. At the search bar insert "Spore", and select "Spore - Creepy & Cute Parts Pack".
3. You will see some support topics, and select the "I'm looking for something I earned" topic.
4. Click "Email us" to create your case.
5. At the "Select platform" column select "Steam-PC".
6. Then describe your problem of missing CD keys, and provide your related screenshots (not compulsory).
7. You will then be contacted by an EA Help agent and asked to provide screenshots of your Steam transaction history and details of the confirmation email you received when purchasing the game. Both should be full-screen, desktop images of the internet browser (screenshots of the Steam app are not accepted ) , including the following information:
-Web address bar/page URL
-Product Code (if you got one)
-Description or name of the product you purchased
-Confirmation number (Transaction ID or Invoice)
-Email address (if possible)
-Username
-Date and time of the purchase
-Price paid

8. After you provide proper screenshots, the EA Help agent will request you to share the following details:
-Email address of the EA Account
-Do you have access to the email address?
-Platform used to access the game (PC, Xbox, PS)
-Username (EA ID, Xbox gamertag, PSN ID)
9. Once you have confirmed your preferred platform, the EA Help agent will directly activate the related game on that platform for you rather than sending you a new activation key.
