Slopecrashers Review (ieatdirt441)
Game feels good, the general silliness is very charming and the tracks are all visually appealing and pretty to look at. Also, big plus for the Snowboard Kids vibes!
I guess my only gripes are that the rubberbanding feels a bit aggressive, and the reliance on items feels a bit much. While items can be disabled, this puts you in a place where the ai that's rubberbanding the most and is perpetually faster than you will always be far ahead with no way to catch up unless you get lucky and they screw up somehow.
I wish I could post a neutral review with neither a thumbs up or down, since I do believe this game has a lot of promise and the enjoyment factor is there. I just really think it'd be a lot better if the rubberbanding was toned down a bit, or maybe if the items were balanced a bit more.
