Ship Graveyard Simulator 2: Warships DLC Review (Elwin)

ETA the second: Having played through the DLC again, while there are still bugs that needs to be worked out (and some of them can be frustrating, especially on the largest ship) the biggest ones have been tackled and I appreciate that the developers have clear focus on which issues were causing the most pain. I am changing my review to a positive one for this reason.

ETA: I have tried the newest patch, this has fixed the crane bug, however new bugs have arisen, including parts that can't be lifted because of mutual overlap, in addition to so many connection points are actually inside the hulls that even finding them to explode them that this new update is still very stressful to play, especially when compared to ships in the base game.

I really love this game and the new ships are cool, but there are so many bugs with this, even more than the original game; a few times everything on the ship collapsed despite my removing just a few walls/floors on an upper deck, though thankfully alt-F4 solved that problem, there are so many "ghost" parts that you can't really break, buying explosives or heavy cargo containers get reset every save now (this might be a bug with the original game or a hotfix) and parts that need to be pulled up by the crane sometimes say they are blocked when everything around them has been pulled down
These bugs are especially an issue when you also have to find nuclear waste hidden around the ship that you have to break through ceilings in order for the crane to get to and remove it, because you can't get too close to it, and yet you also have to be very careful what you break, and these ships follow the already loose rules about what is attached to what and what is supporting something else structurally (and thus will cause a cascade of breaks when you pull it down)
I also had issues with things I didn't have before, the hammer starts getting weird ghost strings as you pull things down (not sure if this is related to the parts it won't pull down for whatever reason) a lot of loose objects have even harder hitboxes to grab than the base game
Additionally, the random placement of the nuclear containers (instead of like, where they would be on a ship, or if they were parts of weapons, something that has business being on a ship and not just somewhere the ship's captain thought it would be fun to hide large barrels of nuclear waste in some random section of the hull, not even going to get into what that would do for ballast) ...anyway, it makes them extremely frustrating.
Overall it's not that this is a bad DLC but it certainly wasn't ready, other than whatever is causing the extreme collapse scenarios nothing is a game breaking bug, but it's incredibly frustrating how many of them there are.
