Shadow of the Tomb Raider: The Pillar Review (Theoran)
The Pillar DLCs “challenge” tomb is the first tomb in any of the three Tomb Raider games that has brought me to the point of rage. The wall-run jump within the first minute of the tomb is a buggy mess. I probably died 50 times trying to make this jump. By try 51 it worked even though I did the same thing the earlier 50 attempts. Fear not though, because later we get to do a similar wall-run jump with similar results and frustration. Not a single tomb in the game was this needlessly difficult and I hated every minute of this freaking tomb. Also, the amount of wall climbing in this tomb was more than I’ve experienced in any other tomb. It’s like they loaded this DLC with slow wall traversal to pad the game time as this is another DLC with less than an hour of added content.
