Rusty Lake Hotel Review (Splendora)
I tried to enjoy this title, but I found some issues which I think are worth addressing regarding this game in particular.
1) The game has a creepy atmosphere. In fact I'd say it's one of the most subtly scary of this franchise, but it kind of messes up the experience, to need to follow a "sequence" and you're supposed to guess it, or look for the walkthrough.
2) This is the only Rusty Lake title which has at least in my experience crashed in-game several times, and sometimes it doesn't react properly to certain actions. This happened to me at Ms. Pheasant's room and with Mr. Boar.
3) Achievements sometimes don't register properly.
Resuming, the storyline is nice. I like some of the characters and the game is delightfuly bizarre, but I didn't enjoy having a lot of in game technical issues, specially because this is a payed game. 5/10
