RimWorld: Royalty Review (あ🐾)
While it may not offer as much content and diversity as Ideology and Biotech, if you're interested in the games DLC and you're hesitant on getting Royalty you shouldn't be. This was the first DLC I got for RimWorld and was genuinely surprised how much it added to the game. It made quests and threats a whole lot more diverse and simply added a ton of more flavor and options to the game. If you don't think you'll like the concept of having someone be part of Royalty, it's also completely optional and in my eyes the DLC is worth the content it adds even without pursuing Royalty specific content.
Royalty adds new late game gear, much more diverse quests and threats, a whole new way to play the game with Royals and psychic abilities, I highly recommend it.
If mech clusters scare you, they're basically just more complicated psychic ships that you need to strategize. They will force you to utilize more of the games mechanics and weapons you may not have before like smoke launchers. While they may seem annoying and difficult at first, once you learn more strategies the threat variety is honestly a nice touch to the game. In some cases you can even use them to your advantage.
