Resident Evil Re:Verse Review (Ulvi Yuitza)
First, there was Resident Evil Outbreak. Where you work together, with 4 players to survive through Raccoon City itself. A co-op that we so desire.
Then there was Operation Raccoon City. A shoot-em-up co-op play that was just a attempt to drag in other players who enjoy game series as other shooting games in general. Did not fall to my taste.
Then Resident Evil 5 and 6 came along with co-op where you work together. None of them were taken too seriously. Harmless kind of fun.
Later on, RE3 Remake came with a bundle of RE Resistance. 4 players working together Vs Mastermind. Which was left with no anti-cheat. Steam version got ruined by hackers. And the Steam playerbase faded away... Which is a HUGE shame! As myself who fairly enjoyed it, it was just left to dust with no future update, anti-cheat or balance patches.
And now, RE: Verse. There isn't really much to say... just a quick fun 5 minute match of just killing everyone quick as possible. A typical PvP that nobody asked for. And I will say this again: A fun little game. But not much worth going back to... Maybe once in a while, I would just play it for a bit. And jump into something else. Ran into few who just use Meta build. If you truly want all the achivements. Do it now while you can.
