I find myself in a frozen wasteland, the only sign of civilization nearby being a mass of scrap metal and flotsam wood that is an insult to the word "Village". Inside the village I am accosted at nearly every step by giant rats wielding a myriad of weaponry, from crossbows, to automatic machine guns, to mace and shield, I fight my way through this village, nearly every step costing me some ammunition, some health, some of my very sanity. Its no bother, my armor is Adamantine, I merely shrug off the damage the rat-men are throwing at me by the bucketful. I reach a fortress, I don't know what else to call it, there are DOZENS of rat-men, my armor is Adamantine, i merely shrug off the damage, but the enemies are overwhelming me, it becomes not a battle in the conventional sense, I am not battling the Rats, thought they be my foes. I am battling my own dwindling supplies, I run out of ammunition, out of Health, out of sanity, but I survive, I clear the fortress, running entirely out of ammunition and healing supplies, down to a sliver of health but i have found the exit, and as I walk towards it........ I fall in a hole and die and the entire fortress is full of enemies again.
