Railway Empire 2: High Voltage Review (KudaGila)
I love trains. To be precise, i love games that have trains in them. But i feel that something's missing with the latest DLC, You see i love my trains, The more trains there is available the merrier. And the fact that disappoints me is that you can't have the best of both world without sacrificing one or the other. I can't have my heavy duty freight steam and electric trains hauling cargo racing side by side. No PLM vs Crocodile. No Texas VS SSB. Can't have express route races between EMD vs Mallard. Not a single fast electric express train much less a lonely EMD diesel train amongst the steamers. No CFR 142 outside of the Balkans map. Needs a wider selection of engines on a variety of maps. How i wish the DEVS could include all of them together. And one more thing, do consider having a workshop like RE1. It will really open up an endless possibilities of challenges trying to mix and match trains with a variety of speciality routes, maps and task list. FYI, An addition seaport or airport would even make it a better game. I've owned all RE1 DLC's and will definitely buy RE2's DLC once they are available. Overall it's a good game. I really love it as it's a step up from RE1 and I would definitely recommend this game to any train enthusiast if not for the weak selection of trains on hand.
