Prison Architect: Undead Review (Bob)
Ok so for once, this feels like an actual DLC, you don't need it but it's fun to have.
The DLC itself is a lot of fun in warden mode as you survive your own prison slowly turning into a zombie apocalypse, or at least, you would enjoy it if it wasn't for the incredible amount of bugs, the lack of AI scripting against zombies, and what you have to do to make the zombie apocalypse actually happen
So first of all, the bugs
In warden mode, you NEED to equip a weapon to go near a zombie, else you'll literally be blocked off, second of all, you can't be infected as a warden, or your game will crash, third of all, even with a gun, you can't shoot the zombies unless they hit you first AND unless they're a prisoner
Second of all, the AI
The AI acts quite junky at times, when a zombie would walk right to them they wouldn't hit the zombie unless they're hit first, even with an armoured guard, it sometimes just doesn't shoot unless he's hit first. Now for the staff who can't fight back, they're supposed to run but sometimes, they just stand still and do nothing
And finally, to make the zombie apocalypse happen
(i've only played on high difficulty so i could be wrong on some of these things)
At the very early start of the game you get your first few infecteds, I suggest you take them out as your prison isn't large enough yet. Now once you wait until the second wave, you basically have to know where they're going to get infected, once you've reached that area, enable lockdown so no staff could go and kill them, then place workmen near the infected to actually start an apocalypse. (you could literally survive every zombie wave if you don't use lockdown)
Generally, I've tried to have a lot of fun with the DLC but I feel like the bugs really ruin it. I say buy it once they fix the bugs
