Police Simulator: Patrol Officers Review (The Howler)

I wanted to like this game/Sim so much.
Unfortunately the truth is, the game/sim is comprised of a series of poorly animated scenes, where you can choose to reply in one or two different ways that do not affect the result whatsoever.
Each incident you respond to, is basically the same thing over and over, the same repetitive animations, the same repetitive dialogue and the same repetitive results. It is even boring typing about it.
The driving is horribly made and the AI either ignores you or acts "wonky" half of the time. Optimisation sucks especially when driving as you are getting random lag spikes as things load, so you are not really able to reach higher speeds (It has been tested on higher end PCs).
Multiplayer is not properly synced. Being in the passenger seat when your partner is driving is as if you are watching a slideshow.
Realism is out of the picture, and that is so sad to hear when talking about a game that is trying to be a "Simulator".
Like I mentioned above, the game is one big cut-scene, and you are not allowed to act according to your own will, even if you are correct. For example: the game will deduct points (Side note: Points in a supposed Simulator? Let's not get started on that) if you turn your siren on or speed, even if you see a crime/incident in front of you. It will only allow you to turn your sirens on or speed when you have "accepted" a call to an incident.
I was not going to write a review, but it is quite embarrassing for a game/sim in this state to be released as a "full game" with this price. The thing that pushed me to write a review, is the fact that they released a paid DLC, for extra content, when they are already dealing with an UNFINISHED game/sim.
A bunch of amateur developers or artists get together and make a giant cut-scene of a game or simulator, if you want to call it that, with repetitive dialogue, cut-scenes, and incidents, bad optimisation and syncing, bad mechanics and nonexistent replayability. The game is not finished, not even close, and they choose to release a *paid* DLC, that adds more broken content, instead of fixing what barely already exists.
