A game where you play as a police officer enforcing the law in the fictional American city of Brighton (probably modeled after Boston). Unlike other games, not only other than acting as a police officer, but you are expected to obey the law just like any other citizen.
アメリカの架空の都市ブライトン（おそらくボストンがモデル）で、警察官として法を執行するゲームです。他のゲームと違って、警察官としての行動以外だけでなく、一般市民と同様に法の遵守が求められます。
Now, it's very important to note especially for Japanese gamer, that in the U.S., federal law and state laws are very different. Even cities and city police departments have different targets and powers when they change locations (I mean, cities).

For example, even if you are suspected of drunk driving, up to 0.08% in s/he's breath is legal. Personal possession of marijuana is allowed up to 28 grams (above that, s/he's a dealer). In closing. One thing that I like about the development team is that new features are implemented in updates, not DLCs. I think that's pretty rare, considering the price point. As a gamer, this makes me very happy.
最後に。開発陣にかなり好感が持てる点として、DLC等ではなくアップデートで新フィーチャーが実装される点です。価格帯から言っても、かなり珍しいことだと思います。ゲーマーとして大変嬉しいことです。
On the other hand, some of them have many bugs that make it impossible to progress, so I would like to report the ones I notice, but I will have to find a place to report them. If those bugs are also reduced, the game will become more immersive and one of my favorite games.

I don't have any friends. That means I don't have anyone to play this game with, so I haven't been able to play the "patrol with a buddy" coop.

I think I beat this game because I maxed out my points in all three regions. Then, goal switches to the "show police's presence". However, you don't necessarily have to show presence in a particular area.
You can still have fun, such as when a purse snatcher occurs right next to the very scene where you are dealing with a car accident involving two injured people and four vehicles, and you have to chase the undesirables.
【編集2】全3つの地域のポイントを最大にしたので、このゲームをビートしたと思います。そうすると「警察の存在を示す」という目標に切り替わります。しかし、必ずしも特定の地域で存在を示す必要はありません。
負傷者2名と車両4台が関連する自動車事故を処理しているまさにその現場の真横で、財布泥棒を働く不届き者を追跡する、といった楽しみが残っています。
