Pirates Outlaws Review (The General)
I liked this game at first until I noticed all the heroes draw from the same huge pool of cards. This does not only mean there's not a lot of variety between heroes, it also means the luck of the draw is that much more important. The more cards you unlock in the game the less chances there are of finding cards that have synergy with each other. In other words in contrast to other roguelikes this game because harder and harder the more you play. Not because the enemies require more strategy to beat but because the odds of getting good cards and items get worse and worse. And you can't skip rewards. You can however change the rewards by paying 25 coins, but then you're 25 coins poorer and you still need the luck of drawing good rewards. I'm sure someone smarter than me can probably find a way to gain the advantage in this game but it's not accessible to say the least.
