Payday 2: The Biker Heist Review (The Man with No Name)
Alright, this heist is a 2 day heist and follows the story arc of Rust and his introduction to the gang. Let's start with the story.
Story
Rust has betrayed his gang, the Overkill MC, to join the Payday Crew. The gang wants some info from him to go and get a special headset which allows you to control stuff with your mind. However, Rust won't give the info because after leaving the biker gang, they kidnapped his best friend, Mike, and will only give the information once he is freed and he makes Rust a custom bike.
Heist
So on day 1, we start in the Overkill MC bar with Mike tied up and being beaten while the biker gang intimidates us. Then, mask up and take out the bikers and free Mike. Mike then will go to his truck to prepare himself for finishing Rust's bike. His truck can spawn in 2 locations: out the back of the bar with good cover, great fro higher difficulties, and then out the front of the bar right in front of a SWAT Turret. If you want to finish this on DSOD, you will restart the heist until it spawns at the back. After Mike has arrived at the truck, you will defend him for a bit until he needs some supplies and parts. He can send you to get you parts from a wide range of available options ranging from easy to very difficult. After you get the parts to Mike, you will have to defend him for a few minutes while cops swarm you, the SWAT Turret rains down fire upon you and snipers line the area. You will have to get him 4 different parts in total so that's a lot of waiting and being swarmed. Then when he's done, it's time to escape on Rust's bike. You will then race through a tunnel and away from the cops to the escape. However, the bike is terrible. It is literally a reskinned forklift and I'm not kidding. It has the exact same hitbox, meaning it will get stuck on stuff clearly out of it's range. Only difference is that it's faster. In my experience, I've seen the bike get stuck in the tunnel and be unable to move without careful movements and a patience that shouldn't be necessary for driving a bike in a video game. This whole game is made on a driving engine, yet driving in this game is horribly unresponsive and not fun. Anyways, day 2 you arrive by chopper to get the headset. You are dropped on the back of a moving train and must advance to the front while an infinite assault occurs. This day is the best in my opinion. You can beat this day in under 2 minutes. You keep advancing through, killing bikers and cops as you go until you reach the front where you are confronted by a boss biker girl with an LMG. She is very durable but once killed, she drops a keycard allowing access to the headset and a cache of weapons. Get back to the chopper and escape. This day is much more fun but short and you can easily be quickly overwhelmed due to the sheer amount of police and SWAT Turrets on helicopters.
Weaponry
This pack also contains the CR-085B SMG. It's got high damage and low pickup which is the opposite of what and SMG should do. If anything, they should have classed it as an assault rifle (like the actual irl counterpart is) as that would make much more sense for gameplay. I guess they didn't so it could occupy the secondary slot.
Masks
The pack also contains 4 masks which are alright.
Final Verdict
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this pack, spend this on a better heist pack like Big Bank or the Scarface heist pack.
