Oxygen Not Included: Spaced Out! Review (cabbage potatoes)
Important note: If you haven't played the main game much, don't buy the DLC yet. Wait until you've played the main game for over 100 hours to understand its mechanics.
Spaced Out is more time consuming than the main game. You travel to multiple asteroids to collect different resources to build your base and rocket. It's like playing on different asteroids in every new game, except they are all at once.
The difference between the DLC and the main game is that the DLC has additional unique buildings and materials. Also, each asteroid is smaller and has fewer types of resources, so you can't collect all the resources from one asteroid. For example, your first asteroid might not have oil, so you have to travel to another asteroid to collect it.
This DLC would be fun if you enjoy building and upgrading rockets and traveling to different types of asteroids. However, if you prefer focusing on one large asteroid to build your base without any rockets, you might regret it.
