Ignore the negative reviews, this is a first rate UTV/ATV/Rock Bouncer sim. If you invest some time in setting up your controls properly, and drive in a manner that keeps your revs up, it is fantastic fun! I would especially recommend that you turn throttle saturation down to 50% and adjust from there, but you should also adjust steering and brakes to your liking.
The scenery is beautiful and there are many great maps. You have a large choice of vehicles. I just got the game and have already put three hours into it, with many more to come.
There is an endemic infection of dire negativity in the Steam user reviews, take all negative reviews with a grain of salt. Motorsport titles published by Nacom seem to be particularly hard hit for some reason. I own all of their motorsport titles that have been published in the last five years or so, and every one of them is first rate, despite receiving mixed reviews at best here on Steam. You can safely ignore negative reviews for any titles published by Nacom in the past five years. Their motorsport titles are first rate.
