Outward: The Soroboreans Review (Un Forastero!)

TL:DR: Outward sucks. This DLC makes it suck significantly less. If you want to play Outward but doesn't want to suffer the absolute madness that is the early game, get this DLC.

This DLC is a godsend. It's almost pay to win. It's like the devs knew Outward sucks so they made things immensely easier with the DLC. Let me list it down:
-In the base game, getting to the Ley line (A majickal thingamajig that lets you earn mana) means running through 1 out of 3 dungeons, through multiple loading screen and a large map, all filled with hostiles. In the DLC, the Leyline is literally in the town you start out. Without any loading screen and enemies.
-In the base game, you beat other homeless people for paltry amount of silvers. In this DLC, you beat rusty golems that can barely fight back and the Kazites for up to 3 digit silver worth of equipment a pop.
-If that's not enough, you also have a strong neutral faction in the map that you can induce into fighting your enemies for you. You can then loot the bodies after.
-In the base game, you scour through 4 huge maps, wasting a lot of time walking, to do anything. In this DLC, you only have 1 moderate map that has pretty much everything. Since the map isn't that big, getting enemies to infight is easier to do too.
-The main dungeon of the DLC literally have a train system connecting them as oppose of the long walks you usually have to do for the dungeons.
-Once you completed the mission, you have a train connected dungeon that you can access directly through the city to easily farm money with.
-The exclusive parallel mission has very lenient time of 150 + 60 + 60 days as oppose of the usual 20.
-People of the Harmattan are rich as fuck. You can find expensive potions and delicacies in the trash can and serviceable gears in the town chests.
-All towns get additional merchant to sell stuff to and a half-assed transit system.
The most important feature of all: The blacksmith doesn't give you tinnitus by smashing their fucking anvils non-stop.
This DLC is pretty much essential unless if you really want to feel the suffering that is the base game.
