No Place Like Home Review (Mysti13)

I miss games being released in mostly non-glitchy states that require no updates or hopes and prayers that the game developers will one day fix them.

- Invisible walls everywhere that regularly resulted in almost dying when trying to dodge enemy attacks
- Lack of invisible walls in places that resulted in getting stuck and needing to teleport (fell through the bottom of the world and was surrounded by sky, like in Minecraft)
- A lot of typos and/or bad grammar and punctuation: "I'm prety sure it's to hot for you here lets leave." "Now if you excuse me I have to go."
- Enemies shooting attacks through trash piles that have to be cleared to reach them
- Ability to open chests that are under piles of trash and push buttons behind solid walls
- Had to save and exit occasionally when something broke and the screen got really jerky
- A number of quests can be completed without acquiring them, but then the character talks to the quest giver as if they fully knew what they were doing and had taken care of the task that had been given...
- Bad controller controls: can't really use just the controller. I was constantly reaching for my mouse to accomplish various things, especially in the menus (pressing or holding "Y" did not result in sorting my inventory, I had to push that button with the mouse)
- Tutorial only gives mouse and keyboard control instructions, so had to figure out controller on my own
- I got the achievement for collecting 5 reward seeds from deer, but it happened when I collected seeds from my cat...
- Stuff the worker robots collect don't count towards the collection achievements. I had gotten more than 10 milk from my cows and had harvested more than 10 cranberries via my robots but didn't get either achievement.

The "straw that broke the camel's back", however, was getting stuck in a large acid pool attack, where I couldn't move and took lots of damage, and then getting hit by another enemy's acid pool attack before the first one faded, so I continued to not be able to get out of danger and continued to take damage, and then getting hit by the first enemy again... etc. until death.
