Nier: Automata - 3C3C1D119440927 Review (Etnn)
Yes the tier 6 fights are bullshit hard. Yes you gotta be high level to beat them (I did the Flooded City and Desert Colosseums with 9S at level 40 and 50 respectively and the Forest at level 70). But it's worth it. The costumes are nice, the Emil bullets are fun and the fights are actually enjoyable (except Forest Tier 6 fuck this one). If the DLC stopped there it would have been fine. But it doesn't.
SPOILERS FOR THE DLC:
After you've beat the three Colosseums you get access to a new area underneath the Amusement Park. There you get a little back story on a machine, who seems to be the one sending you the coordinates for the Colosseums. After that little segment you get a frankly AWESOME music video as an additional ending (that 2B doll is super cute). It's really surprising to me that they put such effort and locked it behind a grindy 10$ DLC but I welcome the surprise haha.
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE. You then get to fight actual (ex-)CEO of Square Enix Yosuke Matsuda and CEO of PlatinumGames Kenichi Sato in the Flooded City Colosseum. I wish they were harder to beat because I couldn't hear much of the music and see all the actually great attacks they have (including grab attacks straight out of Tekken or smth).
All in all it's very fun. Put a smile on my face.
