New Home: Medieval Village Review (Killed)
A true little gem, that doesn't get the attention it deserves.
The game does exactly what it's description says.. it's a relaxed sandbox builder w/o any survival elements or other hardships. Just build your small city and enjoy yourself.
The graphics are standard for a small project like this, the ost is soothing and fits the relaxed atmosphere.
All the mechanics work, I haven't seen any technical bugs or errors, production chains make sense and aren't artifitially blown up.
Overall a really nice and relaxed building game that stands it's ground against all those modern survival/hardcore whatever builders, that take away the fun and replace it with 'work'.. more of like a stripped down early Anno game w/o isalnds and combat. Only thing I'm missing is a real map editor instead of a map generator.
Clearly a good 7/10 and worth it's money for a few hours of relaxed building fun
