Needy Streamer Overload Review (Patchuiko)
Wish there was a way to leave a review mixed. I still recommand it since I got a fun 3 hours with it but its hard to recommand it to a newbie since the price tag is hefty.
Game is extremely short, could had been an alright flash game online, if you like NSO (Needy Streamer Overload) a tad too much like me buy it, if not wait for a discount.
Good points:
- The art and menus are so cute and clever, it's litterally a Metube (Youtube) interface.
- The sfx play around the music making it feel almost like a ryhtmn game.
- Dank words collection
- One extra unlockable game mode which is pretty cute (Nod to Kirby)
Bad Points:
- Game could had use some story, backstory or context, like what its supposed to be going on?
- Hard to read the comments KAngel say on theses words since the game happens so fast.
- Game is hard asf, could be skill issues from my part, but man how is that even humanly possible to get S-Rank?! Could explain why there only 3 levels, yet the achievements require S-Ranks on each levels.
- The unlockable game mode is saddly also short and brain dead easy. (Maybe nod to usual Kirby games difficulty?)
Main take away
-> There plenty of potential in both games, yet since theses games are so short, they got plenty of missed potential.
