Need for Speed: Unbound - Vol. 7 Premium Speed Pass Review (Gwen Stacy)

Begrudgingly bought the Speed Pass because I had already gotten up to Level 75 prior to purchasing it and if I don't, then that means I lose out on the Premium stuff whenever this volume's Dynamic Catch-Up Pack releases some time after Vol 8 releases.
The M3 G81 and the Dark Horse are good cars at least. They drive well with this game's janky handling model, customization is very good (especially since Criterion actually has a bodykit that fixes the G8x-gen M3/M4's hideous front grille). Not a fan of most of the vanities and stuff, especially the tags.
I can't give this a positive review unlike most people because I hate that this game has gone down the FOMO route and the way they've gone about it is extremely scummy (even worse than when The Crew 2 introduced their Motorpass). Locking entirely new cars behind the Speed Pass and the future Dynamic Catch-Up Pack locking you out of an entire third of its content if you didn't buy the Premium track. I personally can't vibe with this, especially since this is the direction Unbound has gone, but I guess I'm in the minority here because I guess people are cool with EA nickel-and-diming the playerbase because Kaizen are basically a "uwu smol indie dev team" working under the billion dollar company and their polished turds of updates somehow end up satisfying the community.
