Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Review (УВАЛЕНЬ)
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm is probably in my top ten worst games I've ever played. This game has a disgusting amount of bugs and boring side content. The "story" is a bunch of written text that just summarizes like 100 episodes of each arc, so obviously it's not enough to explain anything, and on top of that, the one mechanic in the game that is supposed to be cool (Substitution Jutsu) is broken, so have fun spamming the LT and RT buttons and hoping it works. Did I mention the Mission XP game mechanic, which requires completing, and sometimes even replaying, the awful side quests in order to progress the story? Who thought this was a good idea? The only ingenious choice in this game was to make it an open world, which was undermined by the emptiness it represents as you run around aimlessly doing nothing. The only thing to do is gather scrolls that do nothing and money to buy clips of awesome Jutsus that you can't use because you don't have enough mission XP despite playing for hours. Even so, this was still more fun than playing Black Clover Quartet Knights. Somehow, a game made in 2009 is still better than anything Bandai Namco Entertainment has published in recent years.
Edit: Okay, the game is still bad, but I learned the rasengan, which kind of just made the game fun, the game is slowly starting to grow on me. 6.5/10
