Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker Review (SkyKingGoose)

Fun for 10 hours, until you realize just how much of a disadvantage you're at unless you continue to buy DLC pack after DLC pack. You'll quickly unlock all the base game jutsus, and while there are a few interesting ones in there that allow you to create a unique and engaging playstyle, every single free jutsu vastly pales in comparison to the ongoing power creep of each new DLC trainer. On top of that, new weapons for all classes are only obtainable through a horrendous gacha system rife with time-restricted releases meant to alarm you into racking up more microtransactions before the one meta weapon for your class disappears forever. The question of skill matters very little when you've got to land a 20-hit combo to kill an opponent that can literally one-shot you with any number of skills they've shelled out real world cash for. Yet another anime licensed Bamco game trying to cynically ring every cent out of desperate weeaboo whales who eat up any bowl of filth presented to them because it's got Sasuke on it. This game is four years old at the time of this review and still costs $50 at base, with an additional two hundred dollars of DLC. The only thing more shameful than Bamco demanding that of you for a mediocre Ninja Storm online mode is you actually paying for it. Have some self respect and play a better fighter.
Edit for clarity: Naruto is not, has never been, and never will be a decent franchise for sensible people. Cry more, weeaboo
