Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution is a spin-off of the 3rd installment of the Storm series. This game allows you to play all the characters from the previous games including Uchiha Madara, Tobi, etc.
Unlike other Storm titles, this game doesn't have a story mode related to the manga or anime. Although it has original content called tournament mode. In this mode, you can participate and become a tournament legend. The battle system is also different from the usual battle. In tournaments, the goal is to collect as many orbs as possible, be careful if your orbs reach zero, your character will immediately be eliminated from the stage. There are many stages in the tournament and you will start at D Rank, of course.
However, this game has many drawbacks, the first of which is that the tournaments are not challenging. I was able to finish it on the first try at every level. All levels are repetitive. Basically you just enter a tournament, win it and move on to a higher level.
Luckily there is an original story that you can play in this series. The story of Akatsuki my favorite, The Two Uchiha, and the wholesomeness of Minato and his team. There is also a story tournament called Mecha-Naruto Story, and this story is great. You will follow the story of Mecha-Naruto itself for winning the tournament, sounds fun right.
In short, it's a good game if you don't compare it to the rest of the Storm series. However, this game has a lot of repetitive activities which can make players bored. I recommend this game for anyone who has never played a Storm game before. It's fun and you can learn about the fights easily.
