Mortal Shell: The Virtuous Cycle Review (Morgharth)
I don't know what was the devs plan for this DLC but it is literally add only one weapon and one shell. Overall of this unfortunately sucks in my opinion.
First weapon. In general it is really OP. I think the devs wanted to make this game easier (it is already casual friendly imo). From the other hand this same weapon can bug in very weird ways. Sometimes I thought that QA staff didn't even knew there is this DLC... Katana mode. If u will try dash kinda close to wall u can stuck next to wall (not in textures). It mostly depends if there are some smaller stones, branch. Things like this. U wont be able to escape, at least not always :( Axe mode. I hate it because almost always when I wanted to trigger axe skill and boss unfortunately hited me my character wasn't able to attack, dogde, parry even open inwentory because animation was canceled. Sometimes same thing happened when I wanted switch modes. Only way was quick back to menu or close game and launch it again.
About shell I can write that devs took the easiest way for it. U can add to it skills from all other shells. Nothing new here.
All rest of this DLC is killing mobs and bosses in excactly the same areas. This Virtuos Cycle is looking for buffs in all over the places and killing bosses. Well if u die somewhere u will need to start everything from begginning :D (Some ppl can call it hardmode but it is not that bad).
In my opinion this DLC is good for someone who like doing steam achievements because there is no other goal for it.
