Men of War II Review (Sir Thiccolas)

In short: Play Gates of Hell instead.
The biggest issue i've got with this game is the addition mechanics that feel like they'd better be implemented in one of the COH games. Don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to throw shade here towards the COH franchise, i'm just saying it doesn't fit here in my opinion.
My top five sins in that category are the following:
1. Artillery pieces/mortars that almost always perfectly hit with the first or second round
2. A stupid concealment mechanic that you're forced to use in order to mitigate the first issue mentioned above thus resulting in a lot of needless micro. (For example: moving your pieces after 3 rounds....)
3. Overall HP on vehicles, those of you who played Gates of Hell know exactly what i'm talking about since the only way to really blow up a tank there is to hit the ammunition compartment or burns the engines. For those of you who don't know what i'm talking about:
Due to that HP System your tank will, at some point, just randomly blow up even when the round causing this dind't hit anything vital.
Basically "Oh, you've called this super heavy Tiger tank but guess what, that pak over there pierced its armor like three times, crews alive, engines running, gun intact, bad hits overall but guess what.... HP ran out so it blows up, sorry buddy that's how it is"
4. Very short lifespans of units once they're taking fire, especially infantry, like seriously infantry needs a buff in the "received accuracy" department so to speak. Due to that and the reasons above they can't do shit without heavy support which limits their effective use cases quite much and don't get me started on AT rifles .... i guess the overarching point here is that units don't feel as powerful or useful and more like some cheap grunts that you're forced to toss away, basically the russian approach to ww2.
(4.5 Not to mention the resulting chaos that ensues due to that. It doesn't feel like your applied tactics matter that much and also it feels like it's almost impossible to start a coordinated offense unless you micro with like 800APM or abuse the shit out of artillery/indirect fire as mentioned above. And for Context: I'm writing this as someone who plays Gates of Hell on the hardest settings possible and i'm not complaining there, so what does that tell you ?)
5. You can't man once lost mgs/paks/mortars etc. unless you've got enough floating CP to do so.....i mean this has to be a bug, right ?
There are like two things they're doing better here when compared to Gates of Hell, which are:
1. Infantry can fire while moving
2. Anti Air fires at planes
That's it!
Seriously Gates of Hell has better unit variety and works overall way better from a game mechanics point of view than this piece of hot garbage.
English's not my first language, so please excuse grammar/spelling mistakes, they're but an expression of my immense dissapointment if you will xD.
